Return Policy

At ARTEMIS, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. Following are the details of the ARTEMIS return policy.  If you have any questions, please send us an email at cs@nov8decor.com.  
 
· Timeframe for Returns: Products purchased on nov8decor.com are eligible to be returned for 30 days from the date of delivery noted in the shipment tracking details.  Please note, shipping fees for the original order are not subject to refund.   
 
· Condition of Products: Products must be unused, in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and well packed to ensure no damage during return transit. 
 

· Return Authorization: Customers will need to contact ARTEMIS customer service by email at cs@nov8decor.com.  ARTEMIS will issue a return authorization number (RA #) and shipping instructions to you.  Please include the RA # on all communications and shipping.
 
· Return Shipping Costs: Ship the Product to ARTEMIS, at customer’s expense.  Be sure to include a copy of your RA # in your return package.  
 

· Refund Method: Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it is in good condition.  If approved, a refund will be issued based on the method of the original payment.  A refund confirmation will be sent to the consumer via email.  Most refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.  
 
· Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact ARTEMIS customer service by email at cs@nov8decor.com. Please have your original order number handy.   

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at cs@nov8decor.com.  ARTEMIS products are covered with a 90-day limited liability warranty.  

Order Cancellation

Once an order is processed, it is prepared for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed for shipment.  You may return the product by using the return policy noted above.
