This limited warranty covers your new ARTEMIS flameless candle (the “Product”) against defects in material and workmanship.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This limited warranty lasts for 90 days following the date of purchase.
What Will ARTEMIS Do?
ARTEMIS will replace any Product shown to be defective due to material or workmanship at no charge. Please note, every effort will be made to replace the damaged Product with the exact item, if possible.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover:
1. Any damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or use of the Product which is not in accordance with ARTEMIS instructions
2. Any damage that shows signs of modification, alteration, tampering, or unauthorized repairs to the Product
3. Any damage due to improper handling, storage, application or use of the Product which is not in accordance with ARTEMIS instructions
4. Any damage due to the improper use of batteries in the Product which is not in accordance with ARTEMIS instructions
5. Any damage due to a freight carrier
6. Any damage to property or persons, consequential, incidental, exemplary or special
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Service?
If your new ARTEMIS Product appears damaged or defective within the limited warranty period you will need to contact ARTEMIS customer service by email at cs@nov8decor.com and complete the following:
1. Provide a description of the damage or defect of the Product. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice. ARTEMIS will issue a return authorization number (RA #) and shipping instructions to you. Please include the RA # on all communications and shipping.
2. Ship the Product to ARTEMIS, at customer’s expense, for repair or replacement. Email a copy of the shipping receipt to cs@nov8decor.com and be sure to include your RA #.
ARTEMIS will evaluate the returned Product once received. After evaluation, ARTEMIS at its sole discretion, will either:
1. Repair or replace the Product. In the event the exact Product is no longer available the closest similar product will be used as a replacement. ARTEMIS will pay shipping charges to return the product to the customer. If ARTEMIS determines the product is defective, the customer’s cost to ship the Product will be reimbursed.
2. Reject the warranty claim if it is determined that the product does not qualify as noted in “What Does This Warranty Not Cover?” section above.
